I started my career in France, a highly mature FMCG market, where growth is hard-won and structure matters. In 2017, a world tour changed my trajectory. I fell in love with Asia's energy and diversity. Two years later, I moved to Hong Kong. Six years there, now Singapore, still endlessly amazed by the diversity of cultures, habits, and people here.

Over the past 14+ years across Nestlé and Colgate-Palmolive, I’ve learned how to combine both worlds: the strategic discipline of mature markets with the agility needed to navigate fast-moving, multicultural environments.
